OUR MISSION

Softeam works in the field of Software Design and Information Technology consultancy services.

It was set up in 1984 and has always been driven by the idea to aggregate in an industrial context skills and experiences in high technology Software design.

Distributed on an area of 1000 square metres the Softeam structure is at present made up of a group of 70 people, all with a professional skill which guarantees a high level of technical and design competence.

Thanks to the great attention reserved to the quality of the human resources, Softeam has achieved a consolidated and important position in the areas of Software design consultancy and the development of advanced application solutions.

Roberto Gattinoni CEO | Head of R&D

Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and founding partner of SOFTEAM in 1984. He joined SOFTEAM after working on the theory of symbolic languages and compilers at the R&D laboratories of ITALTEL.

Paolo Vanini Vice President | Head of Manufacturing

Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and founding partner of SOFTEAM in 1984. Paolo also worked on the theory of symbolic languages and compilers at the R&D laboratories of ITALTEL.

Mario Balzaretti Vice President | Head of Quality Assurance

Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and founding partner of SOFTEAM in 1984. Before co-founding SOFTEAM he worked as an IT consultant for various companies.

Nicola Dardano Head of Special Projects Development

Graduated in Information Sciences, he is concerned with design and development of complex Web applications especially in the area of Mobile platforms. He manages the work in Softeam Experimental Lab for Enterprise Applications for Mobile Platforms (aka MobLab).

Riccardo Sabadini Head of Software Products Development

Graduated in information science on 1998, currently he is responsible for all the developments in the Area of Application Software Products.

Carlo Sampietro Team Leader - Senior Software Architect

He graduated in information science on 1988 with a first class honours degree and immediately joined SOFTEAM. At present he is concerned with Software applications for digital signatures, and more in general for PKI architecture.

Franco Andrea Sicoli Team Leader - Senior Software Architect

Graduated in information science in 1988 with a first class honours degree and joined SOFTEAM immediately after completing the work for his thesis. He has a great skill in Network Management Application Software Development both in the Telco and Finance Market. Among others activities, currently he is working in solid modeling Software development.

Davide Tentori Head of Software Development - Lyra

He has developed a sound skill in Cryptographic Software Development. Among others activities, he has developed a sound skill in domotic Software development.

CERTIFICATIONS

On October 2001, Softeam has got the certification of its Quality System according to the UNI-EN ISO-9001 ruling. Aiming at the continuous improvement of its organization, we updated our internal procedures to adhere at the UNI-EN ISO-9001:2015 (ISO 9001-2015). The certification has been released by DNV-GL and is relative to 'Design, development and maintenance of custom-made Software products and Software packages for the market. Provision of professional services related to Software development'. The reinforcement of the Quality System is ensured through a constant formative plan and through the participation of all the Company Human Resources.
