Whistleblowing Policy

Softeam S.p.A. is equipped with a system for receiving, managing, analyzing, and addressing reports, even anonymous ones, providing whistleblowers (employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, partners, shareholders, and members of social bodies) with a portal to communicate irregularities to the designated body of the Company that they have become aware of.
As described in the Whistleblowing Policy, Softeam S.p.A. ensures the protection and confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, as well as other deserving individuals protected by Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, and the information contained in the report (including the identity of the person subject to the report), and, in any case, guarantees protection against any possible retaliation linked, even indirectly, to the reported facts.

Submit a report

The platform is to be used exclusively by individuals defined as whistleblowers according to the regulations and for the specified purposes.
Not considered whistleblowing reports and, therefore, not taken into consideration, are, for example:

  • Disputes, claims, or personal requests related to one’s employment relationship (to be sent to the relevant Personnel functions).
  • Complaints related to service disruptions provided by the company (to be sent to dedicated company functions).

What other reporting channels can you use?

In addition to the above platform, which is considered preferable and suitable for ensuring the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity through electronic means, the following channels can also be used:

External reporting channel managed by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC)

In cases expressly indicated under Article 6 and Article 19 of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, it is possible to make a report to the competent authority (ANAC) through the channel available at the following link: https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing
