C# Full Stack Developer
You will join the team that develops and maintains the web/mobile version of the Lyra software platform – CRM, Sales and Service Management, with the following tasks:
- Design and development of new features, both backend and frontend;
- Optimisation of existing features, both in terms of performance and user experience;
- Continuous evolution of the technology platform;
- Integration of external systems, with a special focus on the introduction of features based on Artificial Intelligence.
We are looking for a C# FULL STACK DEVELOPER who wants to grow with us and actively contribute to the development of our software solutions. We expect excellent technical skills, a strong passion for the job and a willingness to get involved.
Who we are looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in developing applications in .NET C#;
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment;
- Excellent knowledge of web application development technologies on Microsoft platforms (ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, Angular, HTML5 and CSS);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server;
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering (or similar);

Product Specialist - Lyra
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Specialist – CRM to support our customers in the implementation of Lyra: Italy’s leading CRM application for organising business activities, managing offers and after-sales services, developed and sold exclusively by Softeam.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers to support and guide them through all stages of the CRM lifecycle, configuring and interfacing with other systems, as well as carrying out analysis and organisational consulting activities. The ideal candidate is a bright and motivated individual with IT knowledge and experience in advising manufacturing customers on the implementation of CRM and ERP solutions.
Who we are looking for
- Academic background: degree/diploma in computer science or management preferred;
- Previous experience: at least 2 years’ experience in implementing IT solutions for client companies, especially in the manufacturing sector. Previous experience in implementing CRM solutions and management applications for Sales and Service Management will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
- Hard skills: good IT skills, in particular knowledge of SQL is required. Knowledge of English will be considered a plus;
- Soft skills: excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-oriented skills. Good problem-solving, work planning and project management skills. Strong aptitude for continuous learning and desire to develop skills;
