CRM Consultant
We are looking for a CRM Consultant to support our customers in the implementation of Lyra: the leading CRM application in Italy for the organisation of corporate activities, the management of offers and after-sales services, developed and sold exclusively by Softeam.
The figure sought will have the task of interfacing with the customer in order to support and guide him through all the phases of the CRM life cycle, and will be responsible for configuration and interfacing with other systems, as well as analysis and organisational consulting activities.
The ideal candidate is a bright and motivated person who has IT knowledge and experience in advising customers in the manufacturing sector on the implementation of CRM and ERP solutions.
Who we are looking for
- Academic background: degree in IT disciplines or degree in management field welcome.
- Previous experience: at least 2 years’ experience in implementing IT solutions at client companies, especially in the manufacturing sector. Previous experience in the implementation of CRM solutions and management applications aimed at Sales and Service Management is an asset in the selection process.
- Hard Skills: good computer skills, in particular knowledge of SQL language is required. Knowledge of the English language will be considered a plus.
- Soft Skills: excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-oriented skills. Good problem solving, work planning and project management skills. Strong aptitude for continuous updating and desire to enhance one’s skills.
- Good team player: availability and reliability, ability to work in a team and proactivity.
