Inside Sales Specialist
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to strengthen our area dedicated to sales activities and customer care and relationship in our Product Area.
Our new colleague will be primarily responsible for:
- develop new business opportunities;
- manage inbound leads and qualify different customers (through cold calling, social channels, event participation, etc.) in new market segments;
- propose IT products and services with up-selling and cross-selling objectives;
- updating the company CRM and take care of related reporting;
- support the marketing division in promoting campaigns and/or events and trade shows;
- manage contracts, deadlines and renewals;
- support the customer in pre- and post-sales;
- Coordinate with the technical area to initiate activities.
Who we are looking for
- Academic background: degree in business and/or economics.
- Prior Experience: experience in the role of at least one to two years, preferably within the services and/or ICT sector.
