Product Specialist - Lyra
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Specialist – CRM to support our customers in the implementation of Lyra: Italy’s leading CRM application for organising business activities, managing offers and after-sales services, developed and sold exclusively by Softeam.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers to support and guide them through all stages of the CRM lifecycle, configuring and interfacing with other systems, as well as carrying out analysis and organisational consulting activities. The ideal candidate is a bright and motivated individual with IT knowledge and experience in advising manufacturing customers on the implementation of CRM and ERP solutions.
Who we are looking for
- Academic background: degree/diploma in computer science or management preferred;
- Previous experience: at least 2 years’ experience in implementing IT solutions for client companies, especially in the manufacturing sector. Previous experience in implementing CRM solutions and management applications for Sales and Service Management will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
- Hard skills: good IT skills, in particular knowledge of SQL is required. Knowledge of English will be considered a plus;
- Soft skills: excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-oriented skills. Good problem-solving, work planning and project management skills. Strong aptitude for continuous learning and desire to develop skills;
- Good team player: helpful and reliable, able to work in a team and proactive;
- Dynamism: willingness to work at our clients’ premises, with travel throughout the country.
What we offer
- Gross Annual Salary: €28,000.00 – €38,000.00, depending on the candidate’s actual experience. If you don’t fall within this range but think you’re the perfect fit, apply anyway.
